Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-22

LotLift is a small, independent tool built by a single developer, not a large company with a dedicated legal team. These terms are plain-language and written to be genuinely fair, but if you need formal legal review before relying on them for your business, that's a reasonable thing to want and this document doesn't replace it.

What LotLift does

LotLift reads a used-vehicle inventory page you provide and posts those vehicles to Facebook Marketplace using your own Facebook account, on a schedule designed to look like normal human posting activity. It runs on your own computer, not on a server we control.

Your account and subscription

A LotLift subscription is billed monthly through Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from inside the app; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period. There's no long-term contract.

Using LotLift responsibly

By using LotLift, you agree to:

Platform risk, stated plainly

Automated posting to a third-party platform like Facebook Marketplace carries inherent risk that no tool can fully eliminate — account limits, review holds, or policy changes on Facebook's side. LotLift is built specifically to reduce that risk (human-like pacing, gradual ramp-up for new accounts), but we can't guarantee Facebook's behavior, and we're not responsible for actions Facebook takes against your account.

No guarantees

LotLift is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular vehicle will sell faster or for more because of it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
